About Dr. Alissa Edoff

I am a Colorado native, and received my Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University. I was lucky enough to spend a semester abroad in Australia where I developed a passion for traveling. So, I decided to attend veterinary school in Glasgow, Scotland, just like my hero James Herriot. I graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery in 2015. I was fortunate to be able to obtain veterinary experience all over Europe and Africa!

After practicing in mixed animal and small animal general practice, I developed a special interest in complementary and alternative veterinary medicine. I became certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture in 2016 and Canine Rehabilitation in 2018. I also have further training in Botanical Medicine, Canine Medical Massage Therapy and Equine Graston Technique.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world, horseback riding, weight training, running, yoga, reading, hiking, bee keeping and spending time with my husband and our dogs, Harley Bogart and Freya. We have five cats, Vixen, Salem, Ingrid, Loki and Winnie. Vixen is a Colorado native, but was lucky enough to live in Scotland too!
